It’s much harder to teach somebody today than it was 20 years ago. Why?
(1) Radio and TV, the internet, newspapers and magazines all send us information. (2) So, we’ve got less time to absorb more data, and therefore, (3) the time we allot to each new message shrinks.
So, how do you climb inside a person’s brain when it’s already overloaded? I stumbled upon several techniques while researching my book “Words That Stick.”
1. Write (or speak) simply. Even the smartest people want information that’s easy to grasp immediately.
2. Tell a story. Most of us love stories where the hero confronts - and solves - a problem. Examples: Jack and the Beanstalk, Little Red Riding Hood.
3. Think in three’s. Ever notice how many jokes begin with “There were three guys…”? And how many famous phrases begin with three references? Example: “Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
4. Keep the message brief. Explain your concept in the fewest number of words.
5. Remember Ben Franklin. Think about his epigrams like “He that speaks much is much mistaken.” His sayings are timeless because they teach moral truths.
6. Reinforce your theme. Think of a way to deliver the most important point right at the first of your message. Then, reinforce or repeat that point at the end, using different words.
7. Why do we remember songs? Probably because the chorus - generally the major theme - gets sung several times. Repetition aids recall.
8. Add a quote. Quoting somebody famous often helps the reader remember the new information better.

The problem of air pollution is facing all humanity in everywhere recently. Pollution results from many issues, such as smoking, fumes of restaurants and home kitchens, fumes arising from cars motors, and bacteria as well. People are eager to escape from this pollution or at least, attacking it. They are trying all available methods to realize this purpose. Technology advancement assists in eliminating this challenge. There are great types of air purifiers. Most of common characteristics among them is pumping new oxygen and absorbing negative stuffs, such as dust and bacteria. When thinking to get a suitable purifier, most of persons go directly to purchase a cheap air purifier.
A cheap air purification will helps in purification air, cleaning atmosphere, removing dust, and will be valid for persons who are suffering from allergy or chest troubles. It is easy in use and can be controlled easily. Before trying to purchase this purifier, it must investigate the market products and compare between other products prices as well. In selecting this type of purifiers, the person can notice the existence of a filter. This filter assists in eliminating pollution through removing bacteria and dust, thus is called the absorber filter. In addition, it must consider that this filter may be expensive a little, but purchasing this purifier is welcomed, especially if its usage will be in home.
What is the easiest way to learn how to buy commercial properties? By becoming a Commercial Mortgage Broker! Most people ask me what should I do, so that I can buy my first commercial property? It seems so simple to me…learn the rules of the game!
So you ask, what benefit do I gain by becoming a commercial mortgage broker?
Benefit #1 - Develop Relationships With Lenders
Unless you have a ton of money, you will have to borrow money in order to buy commercial properties. Well what if you have a good working relationship with a lender? Do you think you will have a better chance of getting your loan approved? Yes! And not because you’re breaking some rule or getting special treatment. It is because you would have worked with that lender. You will know exactly what property types they will lend on and at what terms. You will know what criteria they are looking for and what will “kill a deal”. Because your clients will have different needs, you will need to know different programs. For instance, I have a lender that specializes in loans for apartments. I know that this lender has a program that will loan 90% LTV for borrowers with good credit on loan amounts less than $1,000,000. This same program allows unlimited cash out apartment refinances. Now I learned about this program to help a client obtain a Dallas apartment building. But do you think I could use this same program for my personal acquisitions? Do you think I have a good idea of the time involved in closing a loan with this particular lender?
Also, as a result of working with borrowers, you will learn what properties you DON’T want to own! You are learning through the school of hard knocks but you aren’t the one getting knocked!
Benefit #2 - Develop Relationships With Other Professionals
Just imagine if you have contacts in the commercial appraisal industry, contacts with commercial realtors and contacts with commercial property managers. Do you think this will help or hurt you when acquiring your own portfolio? If you don’t know the answer, then let me tell you, that it will help you tremendously. It helps you learn how to judge the good ones from the bad ones. And these relationships are not restricted to your home town! You will develop a network across the country. The real “players” in the game of commercial property ownership (think Donald Trump) own properties across the U.S. Why? Because you go where the income property is…not waiting for the property to come to your home town.
Benefit #3 - Earn The Money To Buy Commercial Properties
Of course, nobody works for free. If you’re providing a valuable service to clients by getting the best financing for their projects, then you deserve a fee. Commercial Mortgage Brokers can earn anywhere from 0.5 points to 3 points. Your fee is based on the complexity of the loan and the level of services you are providing. As an example, let’s say you are helping a client obtain a loan for $1,000,000 for a 20 unit Atlanta apartment building. With your help, your client is able to get 90% financing. Your fee for this service is 2 points. At closing, you will be paid $20,000. Not bad. Now let’s raise the bar. You have a client that wants to purchase a Phoenix shopping center for $10,000,000. He has poor credit but you’re able to overcome this with your lender. Your fee for your services is 2 points. At closing, you will be paid $200,000! That is a nice payday! Now you’re able to build your own portfolio of commercial properties with your earnings!

Child recliners are a product that’s becoming increasing popular as a gift. These recliners mimic the styles and functionality on adult reclining chairs in most ways.
I’m writing this to answer some of the most common questions we get about this wonderful gift.
By far the most frequently asked question is “what is the right size recliner for my child,” “will my child fit in this chair,” or some other variation. The good news is that it’s a pretty simple question to answer. Child recliners vary in size only slightly. Almost without exception they will work for kids between the ages of 2 and 8 years old and under 100 pounds.
It’s not a good idea to purchase these recliners for children under 2. Children under 2 often want to stand on the seat of the recliners while holding onto the chair back. This can cause the recliner to tip over backwards. Children over 2 are more able to understand this tipping concept and the problem is negated.
Over 8 years old and/or 100 pounds the chairs tend to be too small for the child. You might ask why someone doesn’t make a larger or in-between size chair to bridge the 9 year old to adult range. This is most likely due to shipping costs. Child recliners for small children can be shipped via ground service. Chairs made larger would have to be shipped via freight carriers that would make the chairs expensive.
Another frequently asked question is “does this chair recliner.” Yes, they do. Although, they generally do not have lifting mechanisms like adult recliners have. That is why there is no lever on the right hand side of the chair. To put the chair in the reclining position the footrest has to be pulled up manually. Most children can accomplish this themselves, but very young children may need an adult’s help.
Finally, parents and grandparents often want to know “how well made is this recliner?” The answer to this is more complex. Most of the recliners you find for under $100 are made of a pine frame, inexpensive batting and thinner upholstery. You can expect these chairs to last 2 or 3 years if used by a single child, depending on the child. I’m sure you wouldn’t be surprised to find that girl’s chairs tend to last longer than boy’s chairs. More expensive models are made with hardwood frames, springs and leather or faux leather upholstery. This upholstery may be tacked in like adult furniture instead of sewn on. Some of these chairs can be considered heirlooms and will last generations if treated well.
I hope this helps you with your search.

“Take it back,” the little boy yelled! His friend just stared at him with an expression of hurt for 12 seconds before apologizing.
“I’m sorry Stu. I take it back, I didn’t mean it really.”
“Still friends?”
“Still friends.”
That initial reaction to hurting words is much more valid than we give ourselves permission to own. Words have power. They impact us on an energetic level and we feel them physically and emotionally. Whether positive or negative, we experience the wonder of communication on a level beyond the auditory delivery. We all need to be honest with ourselves regarding our intentions and use of words.
Walking through the city streets I’m always observant of my surroundings and the people. People fascinate me, often times in a grotesque horrible sort of way. The insanity, the games, the violence, and the struggle for power between people is an ugly mirror of the darkness that lives within us all. That darkness is created by us, either through action or inaction. Our society is what it is and we all have room to grow.
Seeing the interaction of verbal abuse between people, it is easy to experience the effect that exchange of energy is having between the two people. Stu’s reaction in the dialogue above demonstrates the true response to a verbal attack. On a deeper knowing level the body’s reaction to the assualt responds with the verbal command to take it back! The negative emotional energy behind the attack is wrong and it is wrong for both participants; we are connected.
Our energy flows as a life force within our being and is infinitely connected to the source of all life force. Abusive energy disrupts, corrupts, and weakens the life force in people in different ways, depending upon the influences experienced. This negative energy affects us and can easily be healed, hence the statement to take it back. Forgiveness and love have the remarkable ability to heal instantly if fully engaged. This is positive life force energy flowing and empowering.
Be honest with your words; to yourself and to others. You owe it to yourself really. You must feel that you deserve the best for your life. Even if you are discouraged, you must certainly feel a faint glimmer somewhere deep down that cries out for the best life has to offer. When shit happens, seize the opportunity! There is energy in that space for radical shifts that will bring positive change into your life - no matter how painful the experience may be. Engage with attitude, positive attitude! Show up, be available, and be honest.
One final note about being honest. Beyond the honesty of your words, be honest about who you are. Know yourself, your values, your boundaries, and your path. You’ll encounter many people, temptations to drift and explore, and while they may all be great experiences, they could just as easily delay or keep you from the fullness of your brilliance manifesting itself. So many stories have yielded to many bright lights shining after long struggles with distractions and devastation. Engage with attitude, positive attitude! Show up, be available, and be honest.

Maybe you are thinking about it. Maybe you don’t know it it’s worth it. A book coach can help you save time, frustration, and money down the drain because you will stop book writing, publishing, and promotion mistakes before they start.
Here’s some common mistakes and how you can avoid them.
One. Emerging authors don’t know their book’s purpose. Answer the question why your are writing it? For fame, fortune? To answer a challenge? To brand your business and make money? To entertain?
Two. Emerging authors don’t know what their preferred audience wants. They just have an idea and start writing in a kind of automatic voice. If fiction, who is your audience? Do they mainly want entertainment? If self-help, what benefits will your reader get after they read your book? Where is your audience so you can promote to them? Online?
It’s always best to write the book your audience wants rather than write a book and hope others will buy.
Three. New authors think they need to write a print book of 200 plus pages, need an agent and a publisher. But today’s audience is Online and wants a short book with just the key points. They don’t need so many stories because their reading time is limited. They want it fast and easy. They will be happy to buy and print out a short electronic book under 100 pages, and as long as they get answers, they don’t care if you have a publisher.
Four. Emerging authors leap into an introductory chapter all about THEIR story. You audience wants what you can do for them first.
Five. Writers don’t realize they need to write the easiest chapter first. If they pick a difficult one, they get stuck fast, and either give up or go more research.
Six. Emerging authors think they need to research a lot. Really, what you know is already in you about one particular topic. Make a short list of questions on one topic in your book.
Then, answer them. Now you have part of the middle of your chapter.
Seven. Both emerging and professional authors write on and on without giving their reader a break or a reason to read on. Get your readers to turn pages and keep turning to finish when you put headlines up in your non-fiction work.
Eight. Authors forget to use a hook at the beginning of the chapter and after each heading. They launch on telling their reader all kinds of info they didn’t set the reader up to want.
Nine. Authors don’t realize a hook includes a few questions about where your audience is now. Or, some wild facts that affect your reader. Just not including your reader.
Ten. Non-fiction authors forget to put a finish on the end of the chapter. Maybe action steps. But always a last paragraph that gives the reader a reason to turn to the next chapter. Remember benefits sell.
Most clients tell me that they receive the value of the coaching costs and more when they get coaching.

There’s been no slow down in the laptop business. In fact demand is so big that taiwanese manufactures are betting on component shortages before hand. Whatever occurs in the market place this need for laptop computers only seems to be growing. The technology is advancing in all directions simultaneously as well.
With all the new advances in technology gaming notebooks have capitalised a great extent in my opinion. These laptop computers are also rising in value because of the tough competition faced from cheap laptops. Gaming notebooks are no longer mocked by serious gamers because they are actually pretty good. Nowadays the vast amount of gaming notebooks aint even big, chunky and noisy. Power of computers should infinitely be a light year ahead of notebooks but its still inspiring to see. I think gaming notebooks are always interesting to hear about because they are constantly testing the boundaries on portable technology.
For the niche people using notebooks. I think the components are more well known and operate more reliably. By being able to remove some extras from the spec you can actually save money on components you don’t intend to use. The vast majority the laptops found in retail shops are made to capture the utmost market share and not the smaller niche sectors. Mass customisation of notebook compputers has got by this dilemma. There’s plenty of resellers selling custom notebooks, with super customer support. Brand names are in fact being omitted because of this.
Wow is a thought that comes to mind when thinking of the upcoming rang of notebook computers. The super inexpensive umpc sector seems to be drumming up all the exciting at this time. new sector has been made overnight it seems. In my view the market would adjust well to a 15 inch variant based on the same roots. If you utilise less potent components then I guess this is really doable already. It would not surprise me to see ultra light gaming notebooks in the next couple of years. Every year we get new innovations so who knows what we’ll see next.
I think these gaming notebooks are really good http://www.rizeon.com/gaming_laptops/page.php

So what is ebook really all about? The following report includes some fascinating information about ebook–info you can use, not just the old stuff they used to tell you.
Ebooks are part of the new frontier of cyberspace. They are an entirely new medium for sharing marketing information, ideas, techniques, and expert knowledge.
Each day the number of people accessing the Internet grows, causing the exposure of your ebook to increase incrementally. It’s obvious why electronic self-publishing has become so popular so quickly.
The publishing industry, I hope, does not intend to forever banish the printed word to the dustbin of history. Books in print have their own special qualities and merits, and the world would be diminished by their disappearance.
Having said that, let’s look at what makes ebooks so important and so unique. Ebooks have certain abilities and qualities that other mediums do not possess.
For example, ebooks are fairly easy to produce, and their production cost is inexpensive. Just think about it: you don’t need a publisher, an agent, a printing press, offset film, ink, paper, or even a distributor. You just need a great concept, the ability to write it or to hire a writer, and the right software.
Additionally, ebooks are easily and rapidly distributed online. They are also easily updated; they do not require a second print run. All you need is to go into your original creation and modify the text or graphics. Because of this flexibility, ebooks can change and grow as fast as you can type.
Ebooks are also immediately obtainable. You don’t have to go to a bookstore or search through endless titles at an online bookstore. All you have to do is download it from a website, and presto! It’s on your computer, ready to be read.
Ebooks are interactive. This is one of the most unique and specific qualities that ebooks offer. You can add surveys that need to be filled out, order forms for customers to purchase your products or goods, sound and video that draw your reader into the virtual world of your ebook, even direct links to relevant sites that will expand your ebook outward.
The potential is virtually limitless.
Ebooks have a particular kind of permanence that other mediums do not possess. Television shows and radio shows air once, and then may rerun a few times. Ebooks remain on your computer for as long as your choose, and they can be read and reread whenever you choose to. They can even be printed out and stored on the
shelves of your traditional home library.
Another wonderful quality is that ebooks have no barriers in terms of publishing. You don’t need to go
through the endless process of submitting your manuscript over and over again, and then once you land an agent, having the agent submit your manuscript over and over again. Nor do you have to shell out thousands of dollars for printing a self-published book.
All ebooks require is a writer and appropriate software. Figure out your market, write your book, post it on
your website, and with the right business savvy, your audience will come to you.
The best time to learn about ebook is before you’re in the thick of things. Wise readers will keep reading to earn some valuable ebook experience while it’s still free.
Finally, you have creative control over your ebook. You don?t have to compromise with an editor or the publishing trends of the time. You don’t have to haggle with a designer or wait for copyedited galleys to arrive by snail mail. You are in complete control of the design and the text.
How to Use ebooks for Marketing and Promotion:
There are innumerable ways to use ebooks to promote your business and drive quality traffic to your website. Once posted on your site, you can turn them into a daily course, which brings your customer back to read the next chapter.
You can use them as a free gift for making a purchase or for filling out a survey. Put your ebook on a disc, and you will have an innovative brochure. Blow your competition away by inserting the disc into your sales packages.
The most effective marketing products are those that are unique. Copyright your ebook, and immediately, you
have a powerful tool that you, and you alone, can offer to the public. People will have to visit your site to acquire your ebook, which increases the flow of quality traffic and the potential of sales and affiliate contacts.
Make sure that you keep your ebook current. Update it frequently as the market and trends change. Add new advice and techniques to show your prospects how your goods or services can enrich their lives. By constantly keeping abreast of new trends and techniques, you can continue to see profits from your ebook for years after your original creation.
Another phenomenal advantage of ebooks is that you can test their marketing potential without putting out hardly any cash at all. You can even produce an ebook one copy at a time, each time you receive an order, eliminating the need for storage and inventory. By this method, you can gauge the saleablity of your ebook, and make adjustments as necessary until the orders start pouring in.
Ebooks allow you to learn about your market and customer habits and motivation over a period of time, without risking your precious financial resources. They also provide you with an invaluable way to gather marketing information, which you can use in many different facets of your business.
Use your ebook to discover what the specific goals and problems are in your specific industry. Then figure out how to solve these problems, and publish an ebook with this invaluable information. This will increase the value of your business, upgrade your reputation, and get you known as an expert in your field.
You can extend the value of single ebook by breaking the book down into chapters for a serial course, into special reports available on your website, or into audio or visual tapes. Ebooks can be broken down into several different promotional materials by excepting some of the articles and using them to promote your
product.
You can include a catalog in your ebook to promote all the products or services you sell. You can include a thank-you note for reading your book and an invitation to download a trial version of your product. Or you can include a form for your audience to contact you for further information or with questions, thereby building your business relationships and your mailing list.
Using ebooks in this manner helps to cut the cost of individually producing separate promotional materials. You can use a single ebook to entice new prospects and to sell new products to your current customers.
No other medium has this kind of flexibility and ability for expansion. Think of your ebook like a spider spinning a beautiful and intricate web. Now go and create that web, and see how many customers and prospects you can catch!
The day will come when you can use something you read about here to have a beneficial impact. Then you’ll be glad you took the time to learn more about ebooks.

In many respects, e-learning has matured as a technology and industry. Today we will look at how web-based learning management systems can and are being used as part of the customer support function in a company or organization.
What is a learning management system?
Learning management systems (LMSs) are web-based software application platforms used to plan, implement, and assess learning processes related to online and offline training administration and performance management. LMSs provide an instructor a way in which to create and deliver content, monitor learners’ participation, and assess student performance. They also provide learners with the ability to use interactive features such as threaded discussions, web conferencing, discussion forums, and other methods of communication.
Where and why are learning management systems being used in customer support settings?
LMSs are being used in business-to-business, high process, value added, and technology-oriented business environments in industries like telecommunications, advanced electronic technology, semiconductor manufacturing, insurance, banking, medical products manufacturing, and others. Learning management systems are being used in customer support settings because they can be a cost-effective solution to providing customer and performance support for a company’s products and services.
Why is it cost-effective to use an LMS for your company’s customer support operation?
Learning management systems can be used to create a library of custom online courses that demonstrate how to use your company’s products and services. The course can be updated at will, so you’re not paying every three months to print new product guides and support manuals.
LMSs can be used to track and monitor your customers, instead of using a bunch of spreadsheets. This is very effective in scenarios where customers must be certified in order to use your products and services. The learning management system can be set up to notify a user when their certification is set to expire using an email tickler so they can recertify on your product.
What other features in learning management systems can be used for the customer support function?
A good LMS comes with a help desk feature that can be used for 24/7 customer support. Learning management systems can have integrated web conferencing technology which can be used in a number of ways to support customers such as synchronous training used in product implementation; a web conference on a new feature set that can be archived for later viewing; actual, on-the-spot tech-support using the “share your desktop” feature so your tech can go in and fix any problems necessary; and more.
LMSs can have a built in survey tool that allows you to query your customers with the results stored in the learning management systems database for later use. Learning management systems can have a single sign-on/e-commerce registration feature that can be used to sell add-on features. They also may have events management/seminar logistics add-on application that can help you manage both your off-site and onsite customer support training, and much more.
A company can realize effective resource planning and substantial cost savings by using learning management systems in customer support settings. Even greater gains in productivity and cost savings can be achieved using a learning management system in hosted business model environment. The virtual customer support campus is created to have the same look and feel as the company’s web site. Since the customer support campus is hosted and maintained on the learning management systems providers’ servers, the company only pays for set-up, its level of desired functionality, and usage. In conclusion, web-based learning management systems can be a very useful, cost effective way to manage a company’s customer support function.
