Numerous misconceptions besiege the Free Mason society - frequently negative inferring of a network of professionals giving each other classified business transactions, or yet more nefarious insinuations. However, nothing could be further from the truth. As a fraternity, Freemasonry offers a chance for men to congregate and enjoy cordial companionship. Self improvement is a central aspect of being a freemason. Freemasonry advances aiding others as well, and charity is a tangible means in which members assist those.
One of Freemasonry’s duties is not to look for new members. Even so, any individual should feel free to chat with any current member to find out more details about the Craft.
To be a member, you have to be male, 18 years of age or older, and you have to meet the qualifications of reputation and character, must be considered having strong moral character, and have faith in a supreme being.
A man who desires to become a member has to be recommended by 3 members of the lodge he wants to join. He has to acknowledge that his reputation and character will be looked into. After approval by the members of that lodge, he will then be recognized as a candidate for membership in Freemasonry.
Masons frequently assume accessories such as golly badges which subtly identify themselves to fellow Masons while passing on the lodge they are a member of.
My hair loss treatment journey began the day I started to notice my thinning hair and my bald spot becoming bigger. I would spend hours and hours looking for ways to comb my hair a certain manner to hide my hair loss. I began wearing more hats on the weekends as I went out with my wife, friends or family. Walking in to work every morning without my hat was a painful experience. Your mind will do that to you when you are going through hair loss. It is so true that you never know what you have until you lose it. That can be true about your hair loss.
As I looked in the mirror I began to appreciate every one of the hair strands I had left. It was as if with each strand of hair I lost, so was a small percentage of my self-confidence gone as well. A mate of mine had been suffering the same problem as me. I noticed recently that he seemed so much more relaxed and it looks as though his hair was growing back. I didn’t wanted to bring it up but after a while I decided to ask. That is when I was recommended to Advanced Hair Studio. With just a few visits my friend Josh had not only regrown his hair, but his self-assurance as well. After seeing what Josh has accomplished from Advanced Hair, I decided to pay them a visit.
I was a little cynical at first. Effects were evident within a few weeks. Not only on my scalp, but in my behavior. I started feeling better about myself and started to lose the caps on the weekends. My wife who has been complaining about my lack of interest in our relationship began to notice the change in that department as well. It is amazing how just a few treatments to the Advanced Hair Studio had begun to change my life as a whole. I always felt as if the first thing people observed about me was my bald spot. Now, I am not concerned to look people in the eyes again as I have my full set of self esteem back.
Advance Hair Studio has not only given me back my hair, but a big chunk of my confidence as well. If you are going through hair loss I highly recommend them as it has done so much for me in just a few months of treatments. Don’t let your self-assurance continue to be lost with your hair.
KISS: Keep it short and simple
A few essential concepts that are well explained will come across more intelligibly than a lot of text fashioned to impress the audience. Your interviewers do not have the time to analyse the information as you deliver it.
The rule of 3
Most people can’t call up more than 3 things at one time. Many memorable quotes come in 3 parts: Veni, Vedi, Vici, Blood, Sweat and Tears, Education, Education, Education,

Rule of three3 applied to a presentation on the critical appraisal of your career so far:
THEME 1 - Presentation of Experience
Career progression & Exams taken;
Important skills and expertise acquired;
Involvement in academic activities.
THEME 2 - Demonstration of commitment to speciality and self development
Cours es and conferences attended;
Special interests developed;
Initiative taken in developing services and improving standards.
THEME 3 - Areas where further development is needed
Great emphasis on teaching; want to enhance research portfolio;
Keen to enhance further teaching experience (Med Ed. Degree);
Solid experience of endoscopy; further training required for possible
subspecialisation.

Sometimes I bottle things up inside, because its hard to date at my age. I finally bottomed out, this morning I broke my resolution and smoked two packs of cigarettes. To ease the pain while being single, no less. Yeah, I did it. What does this mean? Actually, it’s when I initially considered getting out to date in my area.
Nothing that can’t be fixed. Figured I’d boost my dating life at this Dallas dating service. Definitely turned out to be my golden ticket. My dating life is worth bringing up. When I was a little tipsy at George’s graduation in Dallas last week, Richard wanted to know if I’ve met a special lady. I don’t know why they even care. My response was, “what’s your deal, yo?”
Can you believe that even Gramps opining along the lines of my personal matters. I joked to all of them: “Hey look, you would bring that up.”
How can they be so rude? Each one of them scoffed. Perturbed, I emailed my astrologist to put my dating woes behind me. But I couldn’t get it out of my head! I didn’t learn a thing. Chuck, who recently moved to Italy recommended that I enroll in Great Expectations. I said, “Yeah, maybe I should.” Should have thought of it myself. I am truly grateful for Great Expectations Denver.
Early on, meeting new singles through dating services was kinda foreign to me. I was a bit nervous at first, and then I started getting butterflies in my stomach. A mere mess couldn’t pull the plug on another incredible Great Expectations event. The evening was a happy hour not to forget. The gems of the occasion had to be the many enjoyable people I met, all available singles.
Afterwards, I realized why so many people show up to these glorious Great Expectations Denver singles events, I met some great people that obviously have similar ideas when talking about real-world dating. Now I can stop letting so many people get on my back about me being single at my age. Astoundingly enough, matchmaking the Great Expectations way is my pleasure and a remarkably refreshing dating experience.

Lonely No More
I couldn’t characterize myself as pleasantly satisfied being picky and not be lying. But, I’m not uncomfortable about it, either. I just bring it up in this blog as an appetizing personal tidbit foreshadowing what I will shortly explain in grand style.
Last Monday yours truly met for coffee with Corey, considering buying a membership to a Dallas Singles dating service. As of this minute, I write to the blogosphere as a delightfully single member of the matchmaking service. Seriously, and I almost don’t believe it myself! Its very comfortable and full of nice people! If you know me at all, you’re probably thinking, “You totally owe me an explanation.”
Here’s how it went down, I saw these Great Expectations Reviews and can really get behind their approach. They’re for the serious singles who know dating should mean something.
Because I’d never been too big on whatever it is that my friends and my family so aptly entitled “The Dating Experience.” I got it more than you know. Day and night readers pester, “Are you seeing somebody?” and “Just get out there and date him!”
“Ugh, and double ugh.” I banter right back, and playfully so. “Take a look around, I’m not missing much.”
“You’re as ridiculous as you are hilarious,” they deadpan. “That’s just an excuse for your cynicism.”
Thankfully, that’s my best friend The One-And-Only hah! Sandy Holland. She offers the best ideas to my mind 99% of the time. People you can trust to offer perspective. No countering that, and I thank her for it.
Coming home to the meaning of this blog entry. As I picked from hundreds of outfits (hah) and desirable, honest singles for my first date with Great Expectations, I acknowledged something deep. Over the last year, I hadn’t allowed myself too many emotional great expectations for dating and myself in the serendipitous journey of life. Being single isn’t so bad, especially if you use the freedom to date. Embracing your own great expectations works terrifically in dating.

Peace on Earth, Goodwill to Men
Have you ever really thought about that simple phrase? Do the
words actually mean anything to you?
I don’t think too many people pay much intention to the meaning
of those words. The evidence is all around us.
So let’s take a more in-depth look at what this phrase actually
means.
A quick visit to Dictionary.com is where we begin.
According to the American Heritage Dictionary…
Peace is the absence of war, freedom from disagreement,
harmonious relationships, public security and security.
But there’s another part of the definition that is even more
important to the subject of this article. That definition of
peace is inner contentment and security. Remember this one.
We’ll come back to it later.
Goodwill is an attitude of kindness, friendliness, and
benevolence.
Goodwill is actually a compound word. Let’s dig deeper into the
meaning of this word by looking at it’s parts.
Good means having qualities that are desirable.
Will is self-control, the mental faculty by which one
deliberately chooses or decides on a course of action.
Okay, now we know the meanings of the words. First let’s make an
adjustment to the original phrase. Instead of “Peace on Earth,
Goodwill to Men”, I suggest this rearrangement.
Goodwill to Everyone, Peace on Earth
That makes the whole idea into an active process. More
important, it’s just different enough from the original phrase
to grab our attention. Our brains are jogged out of the habitual
way of reading the message.
And finally, let’s use the definitions we learned earlier to
expand this phrase into something even more meaningful. How
about this statement of intention…
The desirable quality of deliberately choosing to act in a
kind, friendly, benevolent manner towards everyone, as a result
of doing that, we will have less war, less disagreement and more
harmonious relationships on Earth.
Remember that other definition of peace, inner contentment
and security? We can use this meaning as a clue as to where
to begin the peace process.
It begins with you. You are the only one you have the power to
change. Let peace begin with you though the interactions you
have with others. As Emerson said, “Nothing can bring you peace
but yourself. Nothing can bring you peace but the triumph of
principles”.
I suggest you make little reminder notes that say, “Goodwill to
Everyone, Peace on Earth”. Put them around your home, in the
car, and in your work area.
And when you finish this article, send a copy to family and
friends
“And an angel of God called to him from heaven and said,
‘Abraham! Abraham!’ And he said, ‘Here I am.’ And he said, ‘Do
not stretch forth your hand to the lad, nor do the slightest
thing to him, for now I know that you are a God fearing man, and
you did not withhold your son, your only one, from Me.’ ”
(Bereishit - Chapter 22:11-12)
The Ramban states: At the beginning Abraham’s fear of G-d was
latent; it had not become actualized through such a great deed.
But now it was known in actuality, and his merit was perfect,
and his reward would be complete from the Eternal, the G-d of
Israel.
We are accustomed to think that when we completely understand
something but we haven’t yet acted upon it, the only thing we
are missing is the action. From this verse Rav Yerucham
Levovitz, the great pre-WWII Mirrer mashgiach learns that this
is a fundamental mistake. The truth is that if one’s
consciousness and understanding do not bring forth fruitful
actions then their ideas and perceptions are not actually real
and are in fact close to nothing.
If one starts to build a house and he builds the foundation but
never finishes the house, the construction which is left
uncompleted is never called a home and is almost considered
worthless. The same is true in the world of spirituality.
Abraham was not called a G-d fearing person until his internal
understanding of the Creator brought him to this holy and
righteous act.
All of us have many deep insights as to the nature of G-d and
clearly understand right from wrong. Yet in reality, if we do
live our lives according to our understanding it means that we
think we understand when in fact we do not. G-d put us into this
world to act and the bottom line is that essentially we are what
we do not what we know.
This should shake us until our very foundations.

It was the day after Christmas when I had a look at the local newspaper and read about some facts that are going to take place during 2006. It is interesting so have a look here:
•10,000,000 people will die because of hunger, including 4.5 million children
•16,000 square kilometres of ice from the poles will melt
•25,000 square kilometres of forest will be destroyed only in the Amazon
•35 nations will be at war
•Over 1 million people will commit suicide while 10 millions will try doing so but will fail to do it
•30 billions tons of gases dangerous for our environment will be released in the atmosphere
•For the first time, over 50% of the population on earth will be living in cities
•Over one billion will die from malaria, something that is very rare in developed countries
•1 out of 5 people will be living on less than a dollar per day
•3,000 children will be dying every hour due to various illnesses
•50,000 species of animals and plants will be extinct…
Unfortunately, these are not the only problems that humanity faces. We do know that except these, there are also dozens of things to worry about like the overgrowth of our population, global warming, child porn, poverty etc, but I guess currently we are all mostly concerned about that bird flu and the H5N1 virus.
A few people know that a scientist called Mittal, will probably have a vaccine against H5N1 ready by October 2006, which means the period of virus infections will have already begun and it is very possible that H5N1 will be able to transmit itself among humans. Scientists predict that 360,000,000 will die; 1 in 20 people on earth… Many scientists including Ira Longini, biostatics professor, say that it is sure that humanity will face a great pandemic, the greatest ever, in about a few months. Even though that currently the H5N1 virus is not contagious among humans but from birds to humans, Ira Longini says that if a person has even a little fever and gets H5N1, the DNA of H5N1 will become “one” with the other virus and will create a new version of the virus’s DNA so, H5N1, will be easily transmitted among people.
“It is sure that something like that will happen in a few months”, she says. In just 5 months, we could have millions of dead… It may start in this apparent way: A little girl from a village in Thailand starts coughing. Despite her mother’s attempts to make her temperature get back to normal, the girl dies within a week. A lot of the people who had been to her funeral start coughing too, including a businessman. In spite of the fact that he does not feel okay, he decides not to cancel his trip to Bangkok, which is on the following day. Six months later the situation is worse than it could be: H5N1 virus has been spread across all continents with hundreds of millions of dead.
Even if such scenarios sound too spooky, the fact that they are acceptable by the scientific community makes them sound like a nightmare.
Wherever you go, whatever you do, all you hear is “Wars, pandemics, pollution, poverty…”
I really do not like all these. It is not only the bird flu but all the other problems that our world is facing too. We are rapidly walking towards disaster, towards our extinction. Everybody would say that there is no return but I would never say that. I do believe that there is a way back and in order to find it, we should look for the cause of our troubles.
My firm belief is that all that stems from the fact that man has really got away from God. Science has taken over God. Medicine, telecommunications, genetics, space travel… These are the miracles today and these are the miracles we will be talking to our children about. “Old” God is forgotten. We’ll never tell our kids to believe in what we had heard from our fathers; about a burning bush that could talk, about a man walking on the water, about a man that was born without a father. Science has won but that has cost to every single person on the earth.
Science may treat illnesses and make our lives easier but it has led us to a world with no mystery. Sunset has been translated to wavelengths; our space has been translated to mathematical equations. Even our value, as humans, has been reduced; science has proven that earth is an unimportant dot in universe, a cosmic failure. Technology promises to connect us with reality but in fact, it separate us. Every one of us, me, you and all people can electronically connect with the rest of the word but we still feel lonely.
Science tries to find out why some babies cannot be born, tries to reconstruct our DNA. It chops the world of God to smaller pieces, looking for the meaning of each; the only thing it finds is more questions. Science feeds itself like a virus and works faster and faster. Humanity needed thousands of years to get from the wheel to the car but only a few decades to get from the car to space. The situation is not under control anymore. And believe me; we’re all desperate even if we do not know that. We are people imprisoned, tortured, mentally dispersed by science and we are unable to accept the fact that there is a meaning in life without science.
I do not say that I am against science, but we have really overdone it and we are in a modern car with brakes which have broken down, heading towards disaster with mathematical accuracy. Who is the God that is called science? Who is the God that gives His children power but does not advise them on how to use that power? Science does not even know and does not teach us what is good and bad. It just teaches us how to create a nuclear explosion but it does not say whether that is right or wrong. Science helps us create guns all the time while people close to God beg world leaders to stop it.
Science does prompt us to contact people on cellular phones and computers but it does not teach us at all that we should not forget to have personal contact with other people as it is in our nature. Science says that it needs evidence to accept that there is a God. Why doesn’t it look through its telescopes in space and then dare say that there is no God? Can’t you see God in science? How is it possible to ignore Him? How is it possible to ignore His advice to prevent our destruction? Science says that even a small change in the weight of an atom could cost our birth. Isn’t that a miracle? Is it so easy to believe that we picked a card out of a billion and we won?
Albert Einstein had said: “As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain; and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality”, “Imagination is more important than knowledge…”, “The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science”, “The important thing is not to stop questioning”. He must have known something! Are God and religion some ancient dinosaurs or does the world really need them in order to prevent our loss? We always face something evil. Even if that is called Satan, corruption, anomie, it is a dark power which is getting stronger day to day. We should not ignore it but fight it! That power, despite being strong, is not unbeatable. Goodness shall win.
I do not think by any means, though, that we should abandon science. Ancient Greeks used to say “Pan metron ariston” which means “All things in moderation and moderation in all things”, in other words, “Proportion is perfect”; nothing should be used uncontrollably. We need both God and science. It is just that science has really got away from God and made people forget Him. God is our tutor and science is our weapon is what I tend to believe. We can use that weapon for our protection along with the proper guidelines of our tutor but without His advice, we will use it against us, as we have already done. God is of the same importance as science. We need them both!
Unfortunately, it is kind of late to realize that. We are already heading to extinction and we cannot understand that properly, as it is the inability we have as human beings to look into the future and see the results of our future actions, now. Second by second we are getting closer to it. Stop! Stop! Stop having wars at last! Stop that waste of people! Somebody with “clear” logic, and I am afraid that ours is “dirty” indeed, If they heard that we were still exterminating ourselves, they would think we were cavemen. If they heard we were destroying our home, which is our environment, they would be disgusted.
If they heard that instead of co-operating so as to find new solutions to our problems, living harmonically and blissfully under the eyes of God, we are still in a level where we are fighting and looking for ways in which we can make more profit for ourselves; just like small kids compete who is going to take the best plastic soldier in order to play on their plastic castles! Believe me, even those kids, who are still pure souls, are more rational than we are. Wake up you fools, we are getting lost! We are destroying ourselves! It is time we opened our eyes, got back to our father cum tutor and listened to what He had to say! You can call that father God, Buddha, Allah or whatever, but believe and then the results will be amazing. Even science, which is ignorant of God, is forced to accept that through belief people are magically transformed from monsters to Humans. Wake up and believe! Believe!
